1. Returns Eligibility

● The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
● The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
● Custom-made, engraved, or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipment of the wrong item or a defective product).
● We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Refund Process
● Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

● We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.
● If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
