At Vraj Diamonds, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy for eligible items.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

     The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

     The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

     Custom-made, engraved, or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

     Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

     Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

     Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipment of the wrong item or a defective product).

     We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Refund Process

     Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

     Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

     We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

     If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     Custom-made or engraved jewellery

     Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless faulty)

     Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
