1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Australia only.

2. Processing Time

●     Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

●     Custom or engraved pieces may require additional processing time (we will notify you via email).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Express Shipping	1-3 business days	$35 (or free for orders over $800)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or remote locations.

4. Tracking Your Order

●     Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

●     Track your order via:

○     Australia Post & DHL (for standard shipping)

○     Courier services (for express shipping)

5. Shipping Address & Changes

●     Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot modify it once the order is processed.

●     If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

●     Carrier delays (e.g., weather, strikes) are beyond our control.

●     If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@vrajdiamonds.com.au, and we will assist in filing a claim.

8. Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

●     Available for customers in Melbourne.

●     Select "Pickup from Store" at checkout.

●     Address: Level 2, 530 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000

●     You will receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
